APPOINTMENT OF CAR PARK OPERATOR AT WOODLANDS INDUSTRIAL XCHANGE

Please be informed that Top Parking Pte Ltd (“Top Parking”) has been appointed to manage the car park at Woodlands Industrial Xchange using the ERP system from 01 April 2024. The system will use the ERP technology to read the In-Vehicle Unit (IU) of cars in the administration of all vehicle access. Below are the rates

Hourly Parking (60 minutes grace period)

Mon to Sunday & PH

All Vehicles ( Inc. GST)

07.00 am – 12.00 am

$0.60 for first ½ hour or part thereof

$1.20 per hour or part thereof

12.00am – 7.00 am (Next Day )

$4.00 per entry

For motorists' convenience, we will be offering the following payment modes for the payment of season parking:

2. Internet Bank Transfer

3. GIRO (form can be downloaded from the weblink)

GIRO Form

Please note that the GIRO application process usually requires around 6-8 weeks for processing. Additionally, prior to the successful completion of the GIRO application, it's essential to submit 2 months' worth of season parking payment via internet bank transfer or Pay Now. Alternatively, you can also mail the completed GIRO form to our office address situated at 152 Paya Lebar Road, #05-02, Citipoint@Paya Lebar, Singapore (409020).

For fire-safety, no placement or storage of goods is allowed on parking lots, driveways and ramps. All the occupiers should clear all the items at the parking lot by 30 March 2024 . We seek your fullest understanding and cooperation on the matter.
