1	Principles
a	We believe in protecting your privacy.
b	We ask that you read this privacy policy carefully as it contains important information about how and why we collect, use and disclose your personal data.
c	We collect personal data from you when you visit our website to use the services offered therein ("Services") or enter a transaction for such Services as permitted under the law. However, we will only use or disclose the information collected in the manner stated in paragraphs 2 to 4 below and/or under the particular terms of contract governing the transaction entered into by you. By visiting our website to access information and/or using or transacting the Services, you consent and agree that we may do the foregoing.
2	We may collect, use or disclose your personal data for the purpose of providing you our Services including any reasonable purposes incidental thereto as may be appropriate. We will not sell your personal data to third parties. As customers or users of our Services, you will receive email communications from time to time regarding updates and changes to our goods and/or services, new links to our website and any technical, administrative or legal notices important to our products and services or our website that we consider essential.
	The season car parking lots allocated to tenants will be based on the space leased by the tenants. The Owner and/or Top Parking, however, reserve the right to vary the basis of allotment of car parking lots from time to time. As there are limited parking lots, allotment of any additional season parking lots will be subjected to availability of the lots and on a temporary basis as set out in item (3) below.
3	We will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent except in the following circumstances:
a	where it is permitted and/or pursuant to this privacy policy and/or under the particular terms of contract governing the transaction entered into by you, and is reasonably appropriate in the circumstances;
b	we may share non-personal, non-individual information in aggregate form with third parties for business purposes, for example with advertisers on our website or we may tell our business partners the number of customers in certain demographic groups who purchased certain products, used certain services or who carried out certain transactions;
c	we may use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us to develop our website and our services. We may also provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify you;
d	we may, at our discretion, disclose your personal data to any appropriate investigative third party if we believe that you are involved in any illegal or harmful conduct, or if we are required or permitted to do so by law or by regulatory authorities, or if we believe that such action is necessary to (i) comply with the law or with legal process; (ii) protect and defend our rights and property or that of our customer or user; (iii) prevent fraud; (iv) protect against abuse, misuse or unauthorized use of our website; or (v) protect the personal safety or property of our customers or the public (e.g. if you provide false or deceptive information about yourself or attempt to pose as someone else, we will disclose such information about you as we have to assist any type of investigation into your actions);
e	we may employ other companies to provide services for us in connection with the Services, including for example, delivery of orders, processing of credit card payments and mass SMS broadcasting. These companies have access to the personal data needed to perform their functions and not for any other purposes and shall also be subject to applicable restrictions under law;
f	from time to time we may provide your personal data to our customer service agencies for research and analysis purposes so that we can monitor and improve the goods or services we provide. We or our appointed agents and sub-contractors may contact you by post, email or telephone to ask you for your feedback and comments on our goods or services. g	we may, as applicable, and as may be appropriate, transfer our customer database, including personal data contained therein, to a third party who acquires all or substantially all of the assets or stock in our company or our website service or any of our building(s) whether by merger, acquisition, reorganisation or otherwise.
4	We may also wish to provide you with information about the special features of our website or any of our other related services or products we think may be of interest to you. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an email message to contact@toppparking.com.sg stating so. If you agree to us providing you with marketing information, you can always opt out at a later date.
5	Our website may contain links to other websites. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites and advise you to read the privacy statements of each website you visit which collects personal data.

a	A "cookie" is an alphanumeric identifier which we transfer to your hard drive or memory card through your web browser when you visit our website. It enables our own system to recognise you when you visit our website again and improve our service to you.
b	The information is also used to track visitor use of the website and to compile aggregate statistical reports on website activity such as areas of our website that are visited most frequently. 12	When you provide us with your personal data, please ensure that it is accurate and complete.
13	Please send us, in a timely manner, updates on your personal data should there be any changes. This should be done online by you where an online updating facility is available at our website (e.g. for season carpark users). Where such a facility for updating by you online is not available, please contact us by email to request that we update your personal data (including the correction of errors or omissions) so that we can make the necessary changes to our records.
14	We shall cease to retain our documents (including electronic files) containing your personal data after you have ceased to use our Services (e.g. at the expiry of a contract for a Service) and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes, unless we are required under law to continue retaining it.
